To ensure smooth processing of any claims regarding missing or damaged items, please read and follow these instructions carefully:

  1. Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video 🎬

    • Customers must record a clear unboxing video starting from showing the sealed parcel up to the complete checking of the product(s).

    • The video must cover the entire process in one continuous shot, without any cuts, pauses, or edits.

  2. Video Proof Requirement

    • Any concerns related to missing, damaged, or defective products will only be considered if accompanied by an unboxing video as proof.

    • Claims without proper video evidence will not be entertained.

  3. What the Video Must Show

    • The outer parcel with intact seal before opening.

    • The step-by-step opening of the package.

    • The docket/consignment number clearly displayed.

    • A full check of the product, including its working condition (where applicable).

    • Any defect or issue, if found, should be clearly shown in the same video.

  4. Our Assurance

    • All products are thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure they are in good condition.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind on customized products because they are made specifically for you.

You can request changes within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting customer service. After that, customization and production begin and changes aren’t possible.

Typically, orders take 5-7 business days for production and delivery. Shipping time may vary depending on your location.
